Tomato chutney
So every year in late summer when local field tomatoes are abundant, I make this recipe. It's from Gourmet Magazine, September 1977. It's great on burgers, in sandwiches, or with fish, seafood, and meat! It goes great with just about everything in fact. Here's the recipe: Tomato Chutney
