Well, another week has come and gone. The time seems to pass faster all the time. Don and Mar weren't available to go for drinks afterwork, so I came home and biked 21 km in the basement before supper. (Brad was out at his dad's for supper and a movie - They watched Munich with sexy Eric Bana.)
This morning I was awakened by the sound of the snow plow going down the street. Can you imagine?? The rudeness of it all. Snow. On November 22. We only had about 4 cm, but still. Oh well, I guess it had to start sometime. I went down to the basement and rounded up my winter boots and took Kaiser for a walk in it. One lady we passed said, "He looks like he's happy!" referring to Kaiser who was all smiles and lapping up the white stuff to beat the band. Crazy dog.
Brad's off to the theatre for a Met live broadcast. It's the Damnation of Faust, I think. I wasn't really interested in it and had a lot of stuff to do this afternoon, so I took a pass on the opera. I biked another 21 km this morning, so that makes 42 km in the last two days! Will try to bike another 21 tomorrow. This HAS to pay off sometime!! (Thankfully, I've lost about 3 pounds this week. Just 13 more to go!)
I had to do my biweekly running around to pick stuff up for mom, whom I will visit tomorrow. I got her turned on to dried peaches, which have a huge amount of fibre in them, in an attempt to keep her bowels in good working order. Ugh.
Nuff about that. On to the boyz of Saturday! Good weekend all!

I admire your dedication to the cycling. Although I work out w/a trainer once a week, I don't have the stamina for cycling. I've done 20 minutes on the treadmill, but for some reason the cycling is way different for me.
Mark :-)
I've been biking on a stationary for years now, I guess. It's a pain in the ass, but it is also an incredible cardio workout. I do 21 km in 45 minutes - 4 times a week on a good week.
Now if I could just stop eating! ;-)
